DRIVER’S DAILY LOG | DDL4
This compact, half-letter sized (8.5″ x 5.5″) Driver’s Daily Log | DDL4 includes a “recap” area on the right side. This allows a driver to record their available hours for both 70-hour / 7-day cycles or 120-hour / 14-day cycles. Additionally, the table on this log keeps all your daily stats clear and organized. You can feel comfortable knowing that you’ve provided all the required information on your Driver’s Daily Log (e.g. driver name; addresses for home terminal and principal place of business; unit and license plate numbers for both truck and trailer; total hours for each duty status; total hours in the day; cumulative cycle; start time of the day; driver signature; etc.) as laid out in Commercial Vehicle Drivers Hours of Service Regulations.
