DRIVER’S DAILY LOG | DDL1
Driver’s Daily Log | DDL1 ‘s dual design provides a detailed daily log on the top half. Subsequently, on the bottom half you’ll find a Pre / Post Trip Vehicle Inspection Report. The daily log includes multiple unique features. These include Cycle 1 / Cycle 2 check boxes and space for TWO trailer license plate numbers. In addition, there is a “previous 14 days” hours of duty table not to mention a personal use odometer tracker. The lower half inspection report includes “defective item” check boxes for the truck/tractor unit and two trailers as well as prominent Schedule 1 declarations and sign-off areas. It is important to note that Commercial Vehicle Operators are required to retain a complete copy of Schedule 1 in their units.
Standard customization options include:
- Company logo OR text-based company header
- Carrier name, principal address & address of originating terminal (log section)
- Carrier name & terminal address (inspection section)
- Form numbering (two locations)
A popular “add-on” feature of this form is to add a perforated tear line which conveniently separates the log and inspection report. This feature is offered among the Print Your Own Design specifications.
