DRIVER’S DAILY LOG | DDL2
The Driver’s Daily Log | DDL2 has a compact 8.5″ x 8.5″ square form design and is simple and easy to use – but still manages to collect plenty of trip details. Check boxes quickly determine carrier status (provincial or federal), as well as operating cycle and daily deferrals. The Shipping Documents section has room for up to eight (8) numbers and there is a comfortable amount of space below the Duty Status chart to record daily movements and other remarks. You can feel comfortable knowing that you’ve provided all the required information (e.g. driver name; addresses for home terminal and principal place of business; total hours for each duty status; total hours in the day; cumulative cycle; start time of the day; driver signature; etc.) as laid out in Commercial Vehicle Drivers Hours of Service Regulations.
