JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS | JSA1
Our Job Safety Analysis | JSA1 form template takes all the guess work out of completing your on-site hazard assessment. It uses a full letter-sized (11″ x 8.5″) page with a landscape orientation. For the purpose of convenience, the JSA1 has a user-friendly checkbox format categorizing the most common workplace hazards that operators might encounter. In each section there is also space for documenting the steps taken to eliminate or control the existing hazards. Finish off with the sign-off fields for an operator, swamper and client representative.
Hazard assessments are an essential part of every corporate health & safety program. Not only is it a requirement of Occupational Health & Safety regulations to perform hazard assessments but they must also be properly documented as well. A Job Safety Analysis, also known as a Task Hazard Assessment, are completed in order to identify potential or existing hazards that may be present during the course of a specific job or task. The assessor will then put in place and record preventative measures to eliminate or mitigate the hazards.
