The Site Inspection | SI1 form template is specific to job sites where specialty equipment and heavy trucks are active. Begin with documenting inspection details such as the date, time, who is present and the location. Then there are six handy sections organize areas of concern in order to provide a systematic approach to your inspection. The categories include PPE, Job Performance, Paperwork, Safety Equipment, Truck / Equipment and Documentation. Conveniently, the SI1 features a check box format that makes it easy to mark off the completion of inspected items.
