The top portion of our Fall Protection / Harness & Lanyard Pre-Use Inspection | FP2 template provides you with a record of your clearance requirement calculation for up to 2 workers. A detailed graphic of your fall arrest system will assist your workers to identify the variables of the calculation. The bottom portion is a record of your pre-use inspection for a your harness and lanyard equipment.
