Worksite Sign-in Record | WSI1 is a basic attendance record, collecting site visitor’s name and company affiliation with a signature verification. Whether or not you’re in an office or on a construction site, the simplistic design of WSI1 can be used in many different types of worksite settings. Furthermore, you can easily convert this full letter-sized (8.5″ x 11″) template to a square (8.5″ x 8.5″) or half-letter (8.5″ x 5.5″) page size.
