CONFINED SPACE ENTRY | CSE1
Not entirely sure what data you should be recording for entry into a confined space? You’ll be sure to get all the appropriate details recorded with our CSE1 form. This legal sized (8.5″ x 14″) template documents job specifics, logs atmospheric testing results, equipment requirements and more. A pre-entry safety checklist is included to ensure your crew is fully prepared for the task at hand. Further down you’ll find that the bottom section includes a crew sign-off (capable of collecting up to 6 worker names) and an entry and exit log to document all movements in and out of the confined area.
Having safety procedures in place for confined space entry is important because it poses a significant risk to the health and safety of entrants. A confined space is a fully or partially enclosed space that has not been designed or is intended to be occupied for long periods of time. Secondly, it would be difficult to respond to an emergency because of limited or restricted entry or exit points. Thirdly, there will be a risk of some kind to the person(s) who enters the space. Given these points, confined spaces can be found in our work environment but also in our every day lives as well.
Standard customization options include:
