Two-Week Time Sheet | TS5 is a full letter-sized template (oriented landscape) used to record an individual’s work activities over a two-week pay period. Employees have 16 rows available for entries and can log regular hours vs. overtime hours, common day rate charges ( truck, travel, subsistence) as well as equipment used, location and work description to help your office link accurate labour charges to the correct billing invoice.
