The WT3 template is a highly detailed oilfield-specific work ticket to record billable hours for a variety of specialty equipment units commonly used in the oil & gas sector. There is a list of the most common work tasks including door pulls, well loads, rig work, etc. Similarly, we provide a selection of products that correspond to these types of work. These include sand, slop, crude oil and more. The design also includes a table to record dangerous goods information. Employees will be able to include a detailed description of the tasks they performed with the 7 lines dedicated to Job Description. Equally important, administrative staff have a designated table to calculate billable hourly rate and corresponding cost. With safety being of the utmost importance we have included a hazard assessment table in order to prioritize, control and eliminate worksite hazards.

A work ticket is a form that records the time an employee spends working on a specific job thus allowing for a company to accurately bill the costs of direct labor to customers. Additionally, it may also be used to calculate wages of employees who are paid by the hour. Other functions that make work tickets useful are calculating labor costs, tracking productivity and profitability of projects, creating budgets or forecasting for future proposals.

Standard customization options include:

  • Company logo
  • Company header (address, phone, etc.)
  • Form numbering
  • GST / provincial tax number
