SHORT HAUL DRIVER’S LOG | SHL2
The Short Haul Driver’s Log | SHL2 is designed for “one-week per page” functionality. Thus allows a driver to detail daily status changes and log total hours on a 24-hour clock. Similarly, with the easy to use grid your office, human resources and safety personnel can transfer recorded information effortlessly. In Canada, carriers that operate exclusively within 160 kilometres of their home terminal aren’t required by Canadian law to provide detailed driver’s daily log documentation provided that they return to their home terminal to begin a minimum of 8 consecutive hours of off-duty time. However, drivers are obligated to keep accurate time records of their on-duty time for each calendar day – which is where radius records (also referred to as short haul logs) come into play.
