TRUCK TICKET | TT1
Our Truck Ticket | TT1 is a half letter-sized (5.5″ x 8.5″) ticket perfectly suited for truck-based service industries including but not limited to waste disposal, sewage hauling, aggregate hauling and more. Start off by organizing your customer and job details, such as customer name ad address, load locations (to and from) and AFE or PO Number, in the top section. The main body includes a table for listing the particulars of your load, the hours and the rate being charged. As a result of the Tax and Total Charges fields available, this Truck Ticket can be used as an invoice as well.
Standard customization options include:
- Company logo
- Company header (address, phone, etc.)
- Form numbering
- GST / provincial tax number
