This 8.5″ x 8.5″ square Purchase Order | PO3 has plenty of room for vendor and shipping details, and includes both “Qty Ordered” and “Qty Received” columns in the main table to help better track delivery of product. This form also features a unique white / grey gradient in the main table for some extra visual appeal.
